Laon Medi Inc., a leading developer of AI-based clear aligner dental software, has accelerated its global expansion with the successful FDA clearance of its flagship product, Laon Ortho.

Laon Ortho utilizes advanced AI technology to automatically segment scanned dental data—including roots—using CBCT (cone-beam CT), and visualizes the results in 3D. This innovative software streamlines and enhances the precision of orthodontic treatment planning.

With this FDA approval, Laon Ortho’s new features—such as "One Click Clear Aligner Setup," "Timeline-Based Precision Treatment," "Cloud-Based Data Management," and "Extraction & Pontic"—have been officially recognized.
