The virtual tooth axes are set automatically. Let's learn how to edit the set tooth axis.

How to edit the axis

1. Click the Axis button.
2. Select the tooth you want to edit.
3. Move the axis controller of the selected tooth to set the virtual tooth axis. ## Edit the axis by using CBCT
4. Click the Axis button.
5. Turn on the CBCT view.
6. Change to gingiva view off. Click the gingiva view off button on the right. (or click hotkey D)
7. Adjust CBCT transparency! (Adjusting transparency allows you to see the axis of the teeth more accurately)

8. After selecting the tooth, adjust the virtual axis direction 🔛
    Use the axis controller to set it while observing the CBCT axis.
   

9. Move the tooth axis direction using the Section View Point 🔝
    The visible points on the CBCT section are the axis section points! You can enhance the precision of the axis by aligning with the dimensions of the root.
